Location: China's Upholstered Furniture Industry Base
Based in Zhoucun, Zibo — an industrial cluster recognized in 2015 as home to over a thousand upholstered furniture businesses, with short procurement lines and same-day sample delivery.
From raw material to finished component, every stage happens under one roof.
Zibo Jiangyuan Foam Products Co., Ltd. is a self-operated polyurethane (PU) foam manufacturing plant located in Zhoucun, Zibo, Shandong Province — a region recognized by the China Furniture Association in 2015 as the “China Upholstered Furniture Industry Base,” home to more than a thousand upholstered furniture enterprises. The facility is also situated within one of China’s core polyurethane feedstock regions for MDI, TDI, and polyether polyols, supporting short and transparent raw material supply lines.
As a self-operated manufacturer , we maintain direct control over the full production process — from raw material foaming and curing through CNC cutting, lamination, and profiled component shaping. This integrated structure allows the facility to supply foam in multiple forms from a single production line: standard blocks and sheets, precision-cut sheets, or fully assembled, BOM-specified components such as seat cores, mattress comfort layers, and profiled backrests — with consistent quality control and batch traceability at every stage.

Foaming, curing, CNC cutting, lamination, and profiled shaping all happen under one roof — no outsourcing, no handoffs between vendors, no loss of quality control in between.
Every stage of production happens under one roof, from raw material to finished, ready-to-ship component.
The five processes available across our production line — a raw material order uses foaming only; the rest come into play once you move to Semi-Finished or Finished Components.
In-house polyurethane foaming, controlled for consistent density and cell structure across every batch.
Computer-controlled cutting for precise, repeatable dimensions on both standard and profiled shapes.
Foam-to-fabric and foam-to-foam lamination, including flame lamination for select applications.
Additive-based flame-retardant processing available to meet target-market fire safety standards.
Higher-density foam formulations engineered for improved sound absorption.
Every batch passes through five documented control points before shipment.
Raw materials are inspected and verified against specification before entering production.
Foaming parameters are logged for each production run to ensure batch-to-batch consistency.
Curing time and conditions are monitored to stabilize the foam's physical properties.
Finished foam is sampled and tested against target specifications.
A final inspection is conducted prior to packaging and dispatch.
Environmental responsibility is built into how we manufacture
Learn MoreVacuum-compressed foam blocks down to under 0.3m, shrink overall cargo volume effectively.
Our professional vacuum packing keeps foam in stable compressed status for long-distance transport.
Greatly reduce freight volume to help you save shipping, container and warehousing expenses.
Less container space occupation brings higher loading quantity for each shipment.
Compressed packages fit elevators, stairwells, car trunks and narrow doorways.
Unbox the foam, it expands instantly for quick, hassle-free on-site assembly.
Common questions from buyers about our materials, safety, and compliance.
Our polyurethane foam is produced using polyether polyol and TDI (toluene diisocyanate) under controlled manufacturing conditions.
Yes. Safety Data Sheets are available for the chemicals used in our production, and relevant documentation can be provided upon request.
Our production and quality management processes follow applicable international quality and safety requirements, including ISO 9000-series management principles.
Production waste is collected in designated containers and handled or recycled through qualified third-party service providers.
